What is Commissioning?
Commissioning is a schematic process to ensure buildings are designed to meet the needs of their users and are built, operated, and maintained as intended by the designers and the users. We provide detailed training for all start-up and testing for our clients and the building’s end users.

Commissioning can take place through two main phases: design phase commissioning and construction phase commissioning. Design phase commissioning typically occurs only in large projects and goes from the programming to purchasing stages of the job. Construction phase commissioning is part of every project and occurs through building occupancy. Depending on the project’s complexity, the major commissioning steps include:

  • Factory Testing
  • Field Verification
  • Installation inspection
  • System pre functional testing
  • Global Systems Testing
  • Training
