Laitram - Front Office

Woodward Design+Build, has been Intralox’s Contractor of choice for the past 10 years and the relationship was continued with the design and build out of the 2nd floor Front Office. Several years ago Woodward completed the front office building leaving the second floor as a blank envelope for future development. Two years later Woodward Design+Build was contacted by Laitram to begin design and construction on the 2nd floor build out. Woodward worked with HMS Architecture and Laitram to design and build out this space maximizing every inch of space while utilizing the systems that were put into place during the construction of the original building

Work involved the build out of 20,400 square feet into offices, open areas for cubicles, conference rooms, board room, executive conference room, and a lounge. This space utilized amenities including interior storefront doors and windows at the conference rooms and lounges, marlite panels, fabric wall coverings, and state of the art sound masking system.
