Tournament Players Club

The Tournament Player Club of Louisiana, among the finest golf facilities in the state, is the latest in the ever-expanding TPC network. Owned by the PGA Tour, the course will attempt to challenge the best golfers in the world, as home to the Zurich Classic, New Orleans PGA Tour event.

Woodward Design+Build began construction of the Clubhouse and Cart Storage Facility in August of 2003 and completed it in March of 2004. The Clubhouse features a full-service restaurant with banquet facilities, separate lounges and locker rooms for men and women, and a retail golf shop. The building was constructed with high-end finishes such as custom printed carpets, faux finished walls, and custom millwork. The Cart Storage Building will not only provide storage for the eighty-eight golf carts used by players, but will also provide nearly 5,000 square feet of office space for the Fore! Kids Foundation to run the yearly tournament.

Woodward Design+Build was a very active partner in the construction of the overall facility. Aside from the Clubhouse and Cart Storage buildings, Woodward also constructed six other structures on the site, including maintenance and storage buildings, and on-course restrooms. There is not a single building throughout the site that Woodward did not construct.
