Toca Building

The TOCA Building, located at 2301 Williams Boulevard, in Kenner, Louisiana, began construction in September, 2002 and was completed in March, 2003. It is a two-story office building, constructed of structural steel with brick veneer exterior and a standing seam metal roof. The first floor consists of a main lobby and two offices, an insurance agency for the owner, and a dental office. The second floor lobbies were complete and the floor space remained open for future tenant build out.
