River Garden Elderly

The newest addition to the River Garden development, River Garden Elderly is a three story apartment complex for lower-income elderly, which allows independent living while promoting social interaction and a recreational environment. The project scope included new construction of a 3-story low rise residential building containing 57 apartments. The building is a slab on grade, stick framed wood structure with an exterior skin consisting of brick, stucco and cement board siding.
The apartments were all 625 SF and included a bathroom and a full kitchen. The finishes included a Combination of VCT and carpet flooring, Leedo cabinets, plastic laminate kitchen counter tops and cultured marble vanity tops. Each unit is also equipped with an emergency nurse call in the bathrooms and bedrooms.
