The newest addition to the River Garden Development in New Orleans, LA is River Garden CSII: Retail. These two buildings located across from the Wal Mart on Tchoupitoulas feature two multi-story mixed-use buildings. The first floor will house retail storefronts with upper floors providing mixed income apartments.
