River Garden CSII Townhomes

The CSII Townhome Phase of the River Garden Complex features multi-family buildings ranging from 4-plexes to 14-plexes. The site is part of the River Garden Development in New Olreans on the redeveloped site of the St. Thomas Housing Projects.

This phase of the project consisted of 29 buildings containing a total of 215 apartments across 3 city blocks. The project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule and turned over to the owner for rental to mixed income residents.
