Randa Corporation Headquarters

Randa Corporation is a 158,000 Square Foot Facility, which will be the Corporate Headquarters for their international manufacturing of ties and leather belts. The warehouse is a tilt-up construction with a maximum wall height of 32 feet. On the north side of the property, there is a drive-up ramp and ten dock doors with manual operators. The warehouse includes areas for a sprinkler pump room, restroom facilities, office spaces for supervisors, and a break room area.

An office area for executives is located directly in front of the Facility, which can be designated by the “pointed tie” shaped front entry. A reception area at the front has a double pair of twelve foot, mullion-less glass doors, a laminate and granite reception desk, and marble floor and base. The restrooms for the offices are marble floors with ceramic tile on the wet walls, granite tops, and under mount lavatories. The area is designed with perimeter offices and an open center area designed for modular furniture. Mullion-less glass system makes up most of the interior walls which face the center area. All of the office area finishes are drywall, paint, wood sills to match the doors, carpet with four-inch rubber base, and maple doors with transoms.

Randa Corporation went from a four-story building to a 158,000 square foot single-story complex. The loading dock capacity quadrupled from a three dock facility to ten spacious locations. With all this, Randa Corporation should increase production and shipping, which in turn should increase sales, profits, and additional tax dollars for the city of St. Rose, St. Charles Parish, and the State of Louisiana.
