Perlis Clothing Store

When Perlis Clothing Store decided they needed to expand their facility on Magazine Street, they turned to Woodward Design+Build as their truly integrated construction firm. Woodward brought together all the elements of planning, design, engineering and construction, to provide a turn-key renovation. In addition, the project took place without closing their business for a single day. Perlis Clothing Store included the addition of new retail space and tuxedo storage, utilizing the latest technology in conveyor systems. The structure of the building was economically designed with a new Hebel aerated autoclave concrete product for the exterior wall. This product provides the necessary exterior fire rating as well as excellent thermal protection for energy efficiency.

Woodward’s planning and expertise allowed Perlis to remain open during the renovation with minimal impact to both the staff and customers.
