Liskow & Lewis

High quality office space was created for this law firm by Woodward Design+Build. Liskow & Lewis featured the renovation and build-out of approximately 90,000 square feet of office space. The law firm occupies the 49th through 51st floors of One Shell Square. The entire space, including conference rooms, offices, cubicle areas, corridors, and multiple lobbies, was renovated in four phases while the office remained operational during the entire process.

In addition to renovation and finish upgrades to the entire office, a significant portion of the space was completely reconfigured to to provide additional conference space. Along with a new board room, the lobby was expanded to and a monumental staircase was added to connect all 3 floors. The new look of Liskow & Lewis was defined by Italian stone, exotic woods, bronze handrails, custom millowrk, custom bronze and glass lighting fixtures, bronze doors, and a custom conference table for the board room.
