New Orleans Saints Training Facility Renovation and Expansion

To meet the rapidly growing needs of the New Orleans Saints, Woodward Design+Build was hired as the design-build contractor to renovate and expand the existing New Orleans Saints Training Facility. The ground floor received new interior finishes throughout and the ticket office, lobby and waiting areas were gutted, renovated and expanded to meet new needs. Renovations also extended to the players’ locker rooms, offering a much needed face lift, and the coaches’ locker rooms. A fleur-de-lis adorns the all new façade of the building and the new addition of a museum will host interactive displays about the history of the New Orleans Saints.

The second floor of the training facility also received new interior finishes throughout. New office space was created and upgraded for management and a new server room will help the organization keep up with growth and expansion. Recognizing a previously unmet need, Woodward renovated scouts’ offices around a newly added draft room, a command center for strategizing and recruiting top talent for the Saints.

As the Saints continue to rally the City of New Orleans around their cause, the renovated and expanded training facility offers a place for the organization to thrive and grow.
