The Maritime Building

When it opened its doors in 1893, The Maritime Building was New Orleans first skyscraper. When it reopens its doors in the fall of 2010, the Maritime Building will feature 105 luxury apartments located in the heart of the Central Business District.
Woodward Design+Build is currently performing the renovation of this historic building from office space to apartments. Woodward previously did the renovation of the first floor Hancock Bank location.
