This Integrated Design Build Project replaces three existing buildings, and will result in an operation which is more efficient, cost effective and functional as well as being aesthetically pleasing. The project began with the demolition of an existing used car showroom and service building, will be completed in two phases. Phase I will consist of a 51,000 sq. ft. new service building with offices, parts area, an oil change pit, 57 car lift pits, and a parking deck on the second floor. Provisions to add a third parking level have been incorporated into the building design. Phase II consists of a two-story showroom, with offices and associated ancillary facilities, including a gymnasium for employee use. The most striking feature of the structure will be the entrance tower, which will be clad with black granite stone. Surrounding pavers will be selected to compliment the granite. The same granite will be incorporated into other parts of the showroom to provide a sense of continuity.
