Begining in 1920, Gold Seal Creamery was a neighborhood dairy delivering milk throughout the neighborhood by horse and wagon. Over the years, it would become famous for its ice cream and Creole Cream Cheese.

Today, the building has been restored and renovated to preserve historic elements like exposed steel beams and ceramic tile walls, while adding the latest in green technology and modern design features. The result is 31 distinctive one and two bedroom loft apartments featuring a wonderful mix of historic elements with modern kitchens and amenities. In addition, the building features many green features, such as Energy Star rated appliances, energy saving lighting and roof-top solar panels.
