A new facility to meet the demands of Fisk Electric’s growing business was the challenge for Woodward Design+Build. The result is a spacious 21,000 square foot pre-engineered building. 15,000 square feet are dedicated to office space, which includes 30 offices, restroom facilities, a conference room with wet bar, break room and accounting area. The 6,000 square foot warehouse includes an office with secure storage and mezzanine above for additional storage capacity. The office and warehouse exterior is covered with a combination metal panel and split faced block to fit in with the surrounding business park. The building was also designed to allow for further expansion.
