Mosquito, Rodent and Termite Control Center

The first design build project in the history of New Orleans was awarded to Woodward Design+Build. The City of New Orleans chose Woodward to construct the new Mosquito, Rodent and Termite Control Facility. This new facility, located near the campus of the University of New Orleans, will provide the City with state of the art operations for a crucial city service. The project has been designed to meld with the surrounding neighborhood that includes both residential, commercial and institutional elements.
