Set in the heart of the Second District at Baronne Street and Lafayette Street, this warehouse conversion to luxury condos is one of the growing number of homes for “city dwellers.” Woodward Design+Build, has taken a three-story brick and wood frame shell to a four-story, 12 unit luxury condominium residence.
As with any high density building area, home safety is a primary consideration. Building access is by coded entry, and all living spaces are equipped with smoke and fire monitoring equipment.
