After the success of the original Bywater Art Lofts project, HRI Properties and Woodward have teamed up again for the construction of Bywater Art Lofts II. Located in the former site of the Rex Garment Factory, this new project will feature 27 apartments, 3 new townhomes, and studio space for the artist residents.
