Located in Houma, LA, Bonne Terre Village II is an apartment complex for the elderly. The project scope included new construction of a 3 story residential building containing 64 apartments. The building is a slab-on-grade, wood framed structure, with an exterior consisting of brick and cement board siding.

The apartments are made up of 61 1-bedroom apartments and 3 studio/efficiency apartments. The common areas include a lobby, laundry room, computer center, and recreational/vending loung. The finishes include a combination of VCT, ceramic and carpet floording, Armstrong cabinets, plastic laminate counterparts and cultured marble vanity tops. Each unit is also equipped with with an emergency nurse call in the bathrooms and bedrooms. In addition, the exterior includes a covered canopy area, complete with park benches at the entrance of the building. This project was completed 1 month ahead of schedule.
