Terrebonne Parish is the home of a new project from the team of HRI Properties, HCI Architecture and Woodward Design+Build. The Barataria Station Apartments I will consist of the new construction of a 3 story brick building featuring a stucco and cement board exterior. The project will provide the Houma area with 57 affordable, elderly apartments. All of the units will be spacious with a complete appliance package, central air and heat, modern design elements and a particular focus on energy efficiency.
