The Aloysius Apartments features the new construction of a 4 story apartment building. The project brings 49 apartments along with commercial space to the former site of St. Aloysius High School, which has sat vacant for 40 years after the school was torn down. Located at the edge of the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny, Treme, and Mid City, the project was carefully designed to fit into the surrounding historic architecture.
