Wesley has worked in the construction industry since 1995, and joined Woodward Design+Build in 2001. After working in project management, he was promoted to Project Executive/Business Unit Leader in 2006. Wesley has served as a team leader throughout the preconstruction, design and construction process for over $250,000,000 of projects since 2007. These projects were made up of 1575 multi-family units, over 50,000 square feet of retail, and in excess of 600,000 square feet of office space.

Wesley graduated first in his class and Summa Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He has also received training from the United States Green Building Council and is OSHA certified.

In addition to leading Woodward's Team Building Committee and Woodward Toastmasters, Wesley remains engaged in the community. He currently serves on St. Matthew the Apostle's Development Advisory Board, is a Young Leader in the Urban Land Institute and is an active member of the Young Leadership Council.
