As General Superintendent, Wayne is the direct coordinator and manager of the superintendents, foremen and other field labor forces. He is responsible for staffing with the VP of Construction Resources, and for assuring that field policies are maintained per company policy. His 35 years of construction experience afford him the ability to manage this group of diverse individuals across a broad spectrum of project types.

Prior to his promotion to General Superintendent, Wayne served as the Superintendent for many of Woodward's major projects, including Dillard University's Lawless Chapel, the Louisiana Superdome and Metairie Park Country Day.
