Vic brings 32 years of experience in the construction industry to his position as Manager of Estimating, where he is responsible for all of Woodward's estimating functions. Prior to this position, he served as a Senior Estimator with project experience including the Ochsner Gayle and Tom Benson Cancer Pavilion, and the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff’s Office Warehouse and Central Plant, the largest hard bid project in Woodward’s history to date. Vic has also served as a Senior Project Manager, including the Marriot Convention Center Hotel and the Energy Parking Garage.
Vic is a Certified Professional Estimator and is in his 2nd year as President of the ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators) Chapter 9 located in New Orleans. Vic has a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an A.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology. He received an honorable discharge form the United States Marine Corps Reserve 4th MAW.
