Rick has worked in the construction industry since 1979. Rick joined Woodward in 1990 as Manager of Estimating. His experience includes nearly every type of building construction, and has also worked in an engineering capacity in the Oil and Gas industry. Rick is dedicated to the construction industry, New Orleans, and Woodward. In 2011 Rick was promoted to Director of Research and New Initiatives. In this position, Rick is responsible for leading efforts to grow Woodward into new economic opportunities that can benefit from the firm’s core strengths and enhance our capacity to serve our ever changing client needs. Integral to this function is the need to  research and evaluate new construction materials and processes that have the potential to significantly impact the construction industry.
 

Rick earned a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in 1979.
 

He obtained his Professional Engineers License in 1986.
