Nancy has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry.  She joined Woodward in 1993 as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO.  In 1995,  she was promoted to Human Resource Manager.  During Nancy’s time at Woodward, the company’s manpower has more than doubled from approximately 160 employees in 1993 to just under 300 employees today.  Nancy’s attitude, demeanor and personality surely make it easy for employees to communicate to her.  Prior to coming to Woodward, Nancy attended Southeastern Louisiana University, while working for an industrial and commercial diving company.
