Joining Woodward in 2002, Jeff has worked on a wide variety of projects. After Hurricane Katrina, Jeff was an integral member of the fast track hurricane rebuilds of both Tulane University and Dillard University campuses. These projects represented well over $100,000,000 worth of work on advanced schedules. Jeff was responsible for developing scopes of work and coordinating those with the Universities, architects and owner subcontractors. On the Filmore Parc multi-family project, Jeff worked to convert what was originally conceived as a 164 unit apartment project that was to be stick built into a factory constructed modular project that saved both time and money. Jeff both participated in the factory selection and worked to solve problems in the conversion of construction type. This project represents the largest modular construction project in the history of New Orleans. Jeff is currently working on the preconstruction team for the new VA Hospital project in New Orleans.

Jeff is a graduate of Louisiana State University earning a Bachelor in Construction Management.
