James “Jimmy” Wingerter

Jimmy has worked in the construction industry since 1987. He joined Woodward Design+Build in 1998 as a Project Manager, and was promoted to Vice President of Construction Resources in 2008. This position serves as the lead executive overseeing the field operations, craft divisions, warehouse and general Woodward owned facilities. Jimmy closely coordinates activities with both the Vice Presidents and Business Unit Leaders, as well as his direct contacts. During his time as a Project Manager, Jimmy oversaw such major projects as the Louisiana National Guard's 141st Readiness Center at Jackson Barracks and Dillard University Hurricane Restorations.

Jimmy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management from Northwest Louisiana University.
