David Yarnick

Dave has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry. Dave joined Woodward in 1984 as a Project Manager, where he has worked on countless car dealerships, hotels, multi-family projects, office buildings, parking garages, warehouses, manufacturing facilities and medical facilities. As Vice President of Project Administration, Dave oversees projects from the Executive Level, as well as supervising Project Managers on numerous types of  projects, including many design build projects.

Some of the largest projects in Woodward's recent history have all been entrusted to Dave's leadership. The Weatherford Manufacturing Facility in Homa, LA represented a complex featuring a modern manufacturing facility, office building, day-care facility and warehouse along with a complete infrastructure package. The project won an Award of Excellence in the 2009 Best of Awards from South Central Construction for Louisiana. In addition, the redevelopment of the former C.J. Peete Housing Complex in New Orleans to the new Harmony Oaks Apartments features the new construction of a total of 460 units, a community center and complete infrastructure package. As this project nears completion, it represents an investment in the area of over $100,000,000 and much needed affordable housing.

Dave's television debut came in September, when he was featured on the ESPN show Rise Up, where he headed up the Woodward team taking part in the makeover of the McMain High School locker room.
