New Retail Center for Tulane Avenue

The new retail center located at 3001 Tulane Ave. is under construction and featured in the April 10 edition of The Times-Picayune. The Domain Cos. chose Woodward Design+Build to construct the new building, in conjunction with Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P. Woodward previously completed The Meridian Apartments for the Domain Cos.
