Woodward Service Group was chosen to complete the interior build-out of a new Seattle’s Best Coffee location at River Gardens CSII, a variety of mixed use and multi-family structures. The accelerated schedule project featured demolition of the existing slab for mechanical and electrical installations, metal studs, drywall, painting, construction of a decorative furr down, tile floors and wainscoting. In addition, extensive coordination of owner-furnished casework and kitchen equipment was required to complete this new retail destination.
