Anytime Fitness Center is another tenant build-out at River Garden. Work included miscellaneous demolition, installation of wood framing and drywall, painting, acoustical and drywall ceilings, sports flooring, carpeting, doors and hardware, glass and glazing, mirrors, structural support and installation of a Big Ass Fan (10’ diameter ceiling fan) and mechanical and electrical for fitness area, offices and owner furnished equipment.
