Woodward Service Group provided the overall supervision and labor to coordinate installation of state-of-the-art high end finishes for the refurbishment of an office space to be used for AIA New Orleans. This new office space, located in the Lee Circle area of St. Charles Avenue, provides AIA New Orleans with a modern work space to better serve the architectural community of the metro area. Work included demolition for installation of mechanical and electrical, framing, drywall, painting and installation of doors and hardware, Dirt walls, Cloud ceilings and Combi-Mix flooring for the added kitchen, bathroom, office and exhibit areas. Woodward Service Group was able to help coordinate the large portion of materials and labor that were donated to AIA by area suppliers and subcontractors.
