The history of Woodward Design+Build goes back to 1924. The company was founded by Carl E. Woodward, an architect who believed deeply in the design+build concept as a singularly effective way to add value to projects and build lasting business relationships with clients. From the start, he was committed to the idea of forging partnerships between the client, the architect and the builder. He was among the most ambitious and successful practitioners of design+build in his time, and that legacy lives on with our Integrated Design+Build approach.

Today, we deliver Integrated Design+Build for complete projects and we also offer our resources and expertise on an as-needed basis, from design to in-house fabrication to general construction.
