Four Seasons New Orleans Hotel and Residences

In early 2015, the development team comprised of Carpenter & Co. and Woodward Interests was selected as the City of New Orleans’ top choice to lease the World Trade Center for redevelopment. The design team, which consists of Woodward Design Group, Trapolin Peer Architects, and Cambridge Seven Associates, collaborated to create a dynamic concept for this historic redevelopment, and will continue to work together throughout the duration of the project to achieve a successful final design.

Plans for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences-New Orleans includes 350 guest rooms, 76 luxury residential condos, two signature restaurants, more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a hotel spa and fitness center, and a roof-top pool and deck. The facility will also accommodate an observation deck in the two-story rooftop cupola, and a museum on the 2nd floor with a dedicated entrance. The musuem exhibit, “New Orleans: History at the Confluence of Cultures,” will be curated by lauded Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates, Jr., and Lawrence Powell.
