Woodward Design+Build will hold a DBE/WBE/SEC3 Outreach Meeting and Site Visit at the Iberville Redevelopment site on June 7, 2016 at 9:00 AM.

IBERVILLE DEVELOPMENT, 215 TREME STREET*
These standalone phases consist of the restoration/construction of:
1 historic building (15 units), 1 new construction townhome building (9 units),
1 new construction 4 level multifamily building (56 units).
1 historic building (15 units), 2 new construction townhome buildings (35 units total).
Please note that each building needs to be priced separately. It is not mandatory to price all buildings. Pricing can be provided for the scope that your company is comfortable in performing.

This project has DBE, WBE, and SECTION 3 contracting & hiring REQUIREMENTS as stipulated in the HANO Employment, Training, and Contracting Policy Handbook dated 3/13/2012.This project also requires that our average daily workforce shall consist of a MINIMUM of 40% Orleans Parish residents.
AVAILABLE SCOPES OF WORK: final clean-up, demolition, hauling / trucking, site preparation, soil treatment (pest control), piles, paving & surfacing, unit pavers, portland cement concrete paving, pavement marking, sewerage & drainage, site drainage, fences & gates, landscaping, concrete formwork, reinforcing steel, rebar subs, cast-in-place turnkey, concrete suppliers, precast concrete, gypsum concrete, concrete restoration /cleaning, masonry, cast stone, structural steel, metal fabrications, metal stairs, handrails & railings, lumber yards, rough carpentry, wood framing, wood trusses, millwork, manufactured cabinets, waterproofing, insulation, siding, membrane roofing, firestopping, metal doors & frames, door installer, entrances & storefronts, wood & plastic windows, hardware, lath & plaster, gypsum board, tile, painting, identifying devices, awnings, exterior shutters, toilet & bath accessories, wardrobe & closet specialties, residential appliances, window treatments, trash chutes and elevators.
The RFP requires WDB to contract with licensed Structural, Electrical and Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Design Build contractors, as well as fire protection/sprinkler designers to design the systems for this project. Design-Build Contractors are welcomed to submit proposals for this work.
