A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodward Design+Build 1000 S. Jefferson Davis Pkwy New Orleans, LA 70125 DBE REQUIREMENT: A minimum SLDBE/DBE participation of 50% will be required on this project. As 50% participation is a minimum requirement, strong consideration will be given to companies who substantially exceed the minimum requirement. Sign Up For The Annual Fishing Rodeo!

The 22nd Annual Woodward Fishing Rodeo is right around the corner! This year’s Fishing Rodeo will take place on Saturday, May 5th at the Rigolets Marina in Slidell. All Woodward Design+Build employees, subcontractors, vendors, families and friends are invited to come out for this fun event! Each person fishing is responsible for his or her own boat, boat launch, bait and fishing equipment. FREE boat launch at the Rigolets Marina! Live shrimp will be available for sale on-site. Boat launch opens at 5:00am. Lunch will be served at noon. Scales open at noon and close promptly at 2:00pm. Bid Invitation - The Four Seasons New Orleans Hotel and Residences

Woodward Tishman, a Joint Venture, is please to invite you to provide pricing for the Four Seasons New Orleans Hotel and Residences. The Construction Manager team is intent on establishing a GMP Contract Value for the overall project based on the combination of competitive bids and cost opinions/budgets received in this round of pricing. However, not all trades will be awarded based on this pricing round alone as the bid documents are not 100%. The timeframe for release of future bid packages has not been established. The trades that are tentatively anticipated to be subcontracted in this round of pricing are earthwork/sitework, piling, concrete foundations, structural repairs and misc./structural steel. Cost opinions can be provided for all other trades but is not required. Note: Due to schedule demands, the team performing the work related to architectural demolition and abatement has already been determined. These trades are not available for subcontractor consideration. However, structural demolition will be available for competitive bidding as the team to perform this scope of work has not been determined. DBE REQUIREMENT: A minimum SLDBE/DBE participation of 35% will be required on this project. As 35% participation is a minimum requirement, strong consideration will be given to companies who substantially exceed the minimum requirement.
